Overview

Skolia is the first native operating system designed specifically for private schools in Morocco. It unifies daily administration—including tuition management, transport optimization, automated timetables, and local accounting (CNSS, AMO, TVA, IGR)—into a single platform. Powered by built-in artificial intelligence, Skolia helps directors track class profitability, predict cash flow, and automate family communication via WhatsApp.

Case Study
01

The Challenge

Private schools in Morocco struggled with fragmented, manual operations—from tracking late tuition payments too late and sorting chaotic schedules by hand, to navigating complex local taxes like CNSS, AMO, TVA, and IGR. School directors lacked a centralized, native system that provided real-time visibility into class profitability, cash flow forecasts, and efficient multi-department management.

02

The Approach

We built Skolia as an all-in-one, natively localized operating system designed specifically for Moroccan private schools. The approach combined core administrative modules—such as automated timetable generation, school bus route optimization, and local accounting compliance—with an AI-powered co-pilot ('Le Conseiller') that analyzes data overnight to deliver actionable, quantified morning insights and WhatsApp family communication

03

The Outcome

Skolia successfully transformed private school management, saving pilot administrators up to 11 hours of manual work per week while lifting collection rates to 94%. By surfacing invisible class margins, preventing cash flow gaps, and automating regulatory declarations, the platform gave directors complete control and peace of mind over their institutions

For the first time in fifteen years of direction, I know each morning exactly where my school is going. The unpaid fees have melted away, and I spend my days with the teachers—not the spreadsheets.
